Hayner, G

George Hayner

Mr. Hayner has been involved in BIS2 implementation at banks from 2000 onwards. On a freelance basis he has run projects at six different major banks in England and Germany. These projects spanned the following topics:
Developing a PD models for a specific industry.
Developing and implementing a data collection system for modelling PD's and LGD's.
Setting up BIS2 compliant policies for servicing the retail business market.
Formulation model validation standards for an internal validation department.
Creating a BIS2 compliant internal reporting cycle for the management.
Analysing the ability to incorporate a downturn factor in the existing LGD calculations.

Koerich, F

Friedrich Koerich

Mr. Koerich started his career in BIS2 at a Luxemburg bank in 2002, as a credit risk modeller. After two years he switched to a Swiss bank in 2004 where he became the head of the modelling team. Under his supervision several models were developed including PD models for several industries, a general LGD model and a general EAD model. Recently the operational risk model was moved under the responsibility of his department and is currently under redevelopment.
